What Is First Baptist Church of Geneva?

With locations on South Street and Keslinger Road in Geneva, First Baptist Church of Geneva (FBCG) is a local church whose goals are to honor God by making more disciples for Jesus Christ. They seek to do this by equipping believers for ministry and spiritual maturity, reaching the families and individuals of the local communities, serving others in the name of Christ, and connecting people to FBCG, to each other, and to Christ.

When an organization that does so much for the spiritual needs of our community came to us for monument signs for churches in Geneva, IL, we were honored to be of service. They wanted a distinguished and classy marker that would clearly identify their West Campus as motorists drove by on Keslinger Road. We had just the solution.

What We Did for FBCG

During an initial consultation, we listened carefully to what FBCG had in mind for their marker. They wanted drivers to be able to see the entrance to their parking lot with plenty of time to slow down and turn safely. We recommend a large monument sign. They liked the idea, and once they approved the mockups we provided them with, we got down to work.

First, we fabricated the standard black letters of the sign out of PVC. We then used the same material to create the collection of three crosses evocative of the crosses of Calvary where Jesus was crucified. We then performed the masonry work for the monument sign to ensure the sign would last for generations to come. The dimensional letters were then installed on the monument. We did all of this work without causing any disruption to services. In the end, FBCG was completely satisfied with their new marker. Now, visitors have no trouble locating the West Campus!
